Loans originated through AIRE Lending may be funded by affiliated third-party lending institutions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. The Services are intended for use by real estate investors seeking business-purpose loans for non-owner-occupied investment properties.
4. User Accounts and Information
When you submit information through our pre-qualification forms, loan applications, or other intake mechanisms, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your submissions and for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.
5. No Commitment to Lend
Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes a commitment to lend, an offer to lend, or a guarantee of loan approval. All pre-qualification results, term sheet estimates, rate quotes, and loan program information are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. Actual loan terms, rates, and approval are determined through our underwriting process, which may differ from the estimates provided through our Services.
6. Business Purpose Loans Only
All loans facilitated through AIRE Lending are business-purpose loans for non-owner-occupied investment properties. Our Services are not intended for consumer loans, personal loans, or financing of primary residences. By using our Services, you confirm that any loan you seek is for business or investment purposes and not for personal, family, or household use.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software), are owned by AIRE Lending or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Services without our prior written consent.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
